Since all our products are custom-made just for you, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns. As a small business, we do not have the capacity to restock or resell items once they’ve been handled, and we rely on fulfillment partners across the globe to deliver your order quickly, without a physical warehouse to accommodate returns.

That said, we are here to ensure you’re happy with your purchase!

 

Damages and Issues

We want your experience to be a positive one!

Our Quality Control team carefully inspects every item before it’s shipped to ensure it meets our standards. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us right away. Send us a photo of the item and its tags within 14 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and help make it right.

Replacement Exchanges

While we can’t accept returns or exchanges, we totally understand that mistakes happen. If you ordered the wrong size or product, please reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to help you find a solution.

 

Refunds

Once we’ve received the photo of the damaged or incorrect item, we’ll get in touch to let you know if your refund is approved by our manufacturing partner. If approved, we’ll issue the refund to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take a little time to process and post the refund.
